Technical note on TABLES.EXE

This application builds at slightly over 30k using the supplied batch file.

The reason is that it writes 256 check box controls to an in memory dialog
template. As the data in the in memory dialog template is highly
repetitive, it is a good candidate for executable compression which
improves its load time while keeping the disk size down.

WARNING
This application was built using win2000 sp4 but it will not run on win98
or earlier versions of Windows.
