CS 171, because you must have had recursion and linked list to understand some material

Homeworks must be turned in prior to the dead line -- turnin instructions are given in each assignment.
You can request one extension for upto 3 homeworks/projects. (You can determine yourself which homework/project you want to request extension for). You cannot request two extensions for the same homework/project.
Request for extension must be done before the assignment is due or the request will be automatically denied.
"Free" extensions are granted for illness, accident or personal matters that require you to leave for home - but I need documentation, like a doctor's note. Such "free" extension must requested ASAP.

ADSR (Access, Disability Services and Resources) Students: are allowed to have unlimited number of extension requests and appropriate test accommodations. However: these accommodations will only be applied after you have presented me with a letter from the ADSR office. Also: you cannot redo earlier assignments nor retake an earlier test. So get the letter to me ASAP.

Remote access software: (that allow you to access the CS lab workstations from your laptop)

Important policy guideline regarding exams:

If you miss an (midterm or final) exam, you will only be allowed to do a "make up exam" with the permission the Office of the Undergraduate Education (i.e., the dean)
